Contracts and Payments

23. Payment for goods may be either upfront, or otherwise determined by mutual agreement.

24. Payment method for gilding services is determined by both parties. A failure to meet the terms of payment may result in:

• Recovery action being taken;
• Interest added; and or,
• Services or Goods withdrawn,

Insurance

25. Highlands Gold Gilding is fully insured regarding worksites.
